Debra was an absolute joy to work with. She is kind, thoughtful, and takes the time to explain the process. She answers calls/texts outside of business hours with questions. As a first time homebuyer, the process is quite hard to go through, but Debra kept us positive and worked endlessly to get us our loan approval. We are first time home buyers and wanted to know the steps we needed to take to purchase a home. They ran our credit which caused it to drop by a significant amount but we were anticipating that. What we didn't anticipate was getting ghosted by a mortgage company. No communication
