Coach Sooz and her entire team at Element Five Fitness Studio are absolutely incredible and welcoming. I hadn’t exercised in longer than I’d like to admit, but I’m loving every minute of working out here. I was especially excited to try their cold plunge, and it was amazing. I went in today for a session of cold plunge with coach Sooz, it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! She led me through the whole process with patience and encouragement which made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend it. Definitely will be back 🙏🫶🏻

I absolutely love this studio! Coach Sofi is amazing, she’s so passionate about what she does, and you can really feel it in every class. I’ve only been going for about a month and already noticed huge improvements in my energy, endurance, and mobility. The group classes are the perfect size because they are small enough that Sofi can give you personal attention when you need it, but still full of fun energy and motivation.
