This place is great! My partner and I love using the Element Five Fitness Studio’s recovery room together! We play our favorite tunes on the sauna’s Bluetooth speaker and just vibe out as we heal our bodies. Such a great bonding activity! Coach Sooz and her entire team at Element Five Fitness Studio are absolutely incredible and welcoming. I hadn’t exercised in longer than I’d like to admit, but I’m loving every minute of working out here. I was especially excited to try their cold plunge, and it was amazing. I went in today for a session of cold plunge with coach Sooz, it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! She led me through the whole process with patience and encouragement which made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend it. Definitely will be back 🙏🫶🏻
