Jeff, and Element Exteriors were wonderful! Jeff convinced me not to settle for an awful shingle color patch match that the insurance company said was ok after a large limb punctured the roof of my home in Hastings after a winter storm, A year and a half later, State Farm finally agreed that the shingles did not match and I got a full roof replacement. If it wasn’t for Jeff, I probably would’ve accepted the shotty patch that the insurance company said was acceptable, after 20 years of payments without a claim.. Thank you ver... read more

They were extremely professional, very informative, and kept me updated throughout all steps of the process. Additionally, there work was EXCEPTIONAL and they came within the amount quoted.
