Hands down the best experience I have had going to the dentist! I have seen both Dr Norm and Dr Nathan and had my teeth cleaned by Dana (who was extremely wonderful). The receptionist was very accommodating fitting me in to a busy schedule. The level of compassion, caring and comfort at Elements Dental Studio is second to none!
Dr Brown is efficient and is sensitive to a person's feelings about needles and fillings. I've had two appointments with him concerning fillings and each time I was pleased with his expertise and efforts. I would highly recommend Dr Brown.
My son really likes his dentist so we followed these guys over when they left Willows Dental. Today was my first apt in the new office. They were running late but I didn’t think much of it at the time. The problem came when I went to pay. I was charged for 5 units of scaling and 1 polishing. Never have I ever seen such a high bill ( over $300 for a cleaning!)but then I guess If you are billing me for time spent in the waiting room and time spent going over my chart, it's going to get high.
