All of the staff were polite, kind, and professional. When I was asked what brought me in, they gave me the space to fully explain what I had been going through, and I felt truly listened to. I never felt rushed or dismissed. The dentist and RDA showed real empathy and were emotionally present, not just clinically present, which made me feel cared for and understood.
