I have always had excellent service at this office. The staff is friendly and very professional. The best part is my teeth and gums are always in good condition. The office is totally up to date and it is completely comfortable to come here.
I was extremely happy with the care and personal service from each individual involved in the process. An explanation of events and cost involved was clearly detailed before and during the procedure. A crown on my back tooth was replaced and it was so painless that I actually fell asleep in the chair. I couldn't be more pleased and would highly recommend Element Dental.
Dr. Pile and his staff are terrific. Anne, his hygienist, is gentle and knowledgable (great combo for a hygienist). My gums have not been this healthy in years. Dr. Pile replaced an ancient, cracked filling with a new crown in two hours flat -- and pain free! My teeth feel great! Yours will too!! Thank you!
In a word, wonderful! Dr. Pile and his staff have a way of putting me at ease from the moment I walk through the door. He explains everything he performs beforehand so there are no surprises. This is my second time coming back to Dr. Nicholas Pile office. I was very impressed with the front desk and employee remembering me on a first name basis. The new Dental Hygentist Anne, is very good and makes you feel comfortable during your exam. This has been one of best Dental experiences I have had and I will continue to come here. The environment is calming and very clean too.
