Good hotel, a little dated but quiet.
***Parking (in front of entrance covered in bird mess—please address this for guests.**** Loved Element Austin, but Dallas location felt different. Building seems older, with newer furniture/layouts that don’t feel fully cohesive yet. Bathroom fan is loud, lighting harsh white (it should be yellow white or something like that), and some scratches/water marks remain. Breakfast was good.
My family and I stayed here for three nights, and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel was peaceful and relaxing, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special mention goes to the sweet older lady who prepared the breakfast each morning — she was so kind, and the food was absolutely outstanding! It was such a wonderful way to start each day.
