The manager “Sherah” was very rude. She had an unpleasant attitude and after directing me to the package room, intentionally left the door locked. When I walked back to the leasing office to make her aware that she never opened the door, she hid in the office. Another staff member had to come outside and allow me in the package room. Please look into this matter, this is my third unpleasant experience with this woman. As the manager, she is the “face” of the company and her overall attitude is unacceptable. Not bad much better than the Art Foundry imao.. HOA fees are a bit high as others have stated. All in all pretty nice. If the board, management and property owners can prioritize coordinate and economize the budget and increase efficiency. Reduced HOA fees will be a nice advantage and likely increase the property values. Just my opinion.. Logic and common sense may be wrong..lol..
Great Value and Excellent location to shopping, GA Tech and lot of amenities. Management has gotten a lot better. And renovations are improving property values. Maybe the best value in Atlantic Station. Students will be hard pressed to find better for less with in 1 1/4 mile to heart of GT campus. Property owners look into value cost effective overhead and reserves. Get monthly HOA assessments to reasonable (Lower) and logical conclusion of increased property values. Great location! Close to Atlantic Station, Ikea, and Georgia Tech.
The new management and hos is elite compared to the last. They do 20x better of a job. Thank you, Element staff!
