Nice, clean rooms, friendly staff, mountain views from our hotel window, delicious made-to-order complementary breakfast, and a nice, big pool and hot tub with plenty of chairs and clean towels available. Also a good location right in downtown Colorado Springs. We stayed here for one night with our granddaughter and she loved the pool! We really enjoyed the breakfast and want to give a shoutout to Jasmine, she made one of the best pancakes my husband's had in a long time!

We initially wrote a review on the Marriot website which was less than flattering...only because our check in time for a block of rooms was delayed which caused us to be late for rehearsal dinner. We attended late but all went well .The manager gave all parties that got in rooms less than a half hour after last checkin time a small refund on the rooms. This was really a professional and nice gesture. So now my review is TOP NOTCH hotel and STAFF !!

When I travel, the FIRST place I search for is an Element. Their breakfast is beyond most brands in the industry!! The rooms are liveable!! The decor is vibrant and alive, yet serene and professional? Dog friendly

My new favorite brand! Breakfast was top notch. There's a manager reception at a nice restaurant M-Th. Rooms have kitchens and sofa beds. Clean, safe, trendy and welcoming
