One of my favorite downtown hotels! Rooms are contemporary, comfortable and some of the most comfortable beds and pillows! Views are spectacular as well! I love the breakfast options they offer. From bagels and yogurt to a made to order special. Staff is always friendly and accommodating with any and all requests I've ever had! Rooftop bar is fun too and has excellent food.

Arrived at 2 AM on a late flight into Denver and the drive from the airport down to Colorado Springs. The front desk told me that I'd need to wait a half hour while they "ran their audit", and that they couldn't check me in. Most insane lack of awareness and poor customer service I have possibly ever seen, to leave a guest waiting in the lobby at 2 AM to execute an internal company task. I will never stay at another "Element" branded Marriott again.

Quick trip to Colorado Springs and so happy we found this gem! Luka was amazing. From the moment we arrived until when we departed. Our room was perfect, so well-appointed. Breakfast was awesome (lots of healthy options), fitness center was well equipped, and the hot tub was a great bonus, given we hiked the day before. I would strongly recommend this hotel...Bonvoy!
