DON'T LEASE HERE! I didn't take heed to the reviews before I moved in, and I've been regretting it. Don't be fooled by how nice the units appear inside, or by the Downtown Dallas location. The elevators are always broken, or even worse, dirty, in a pandemic! It's almost as if a Maintenance team does not exist here. The parking garage smells awful. I would just like to express my sincere gratitude to the staff at the Element. It has been a joy living there for the past 5 years. Shaun Ross has always helped me and did his best to accommodate me.
