If you’re ever near Northampton, MA, do yourself a favor and stop in at Element Brewing. Macalester alum and Iowa native R Benjamin Anhalt has created a super cool and hospitable space with a delicious line of craft brews—definitely try the Parallax IPA. And it’s kid and pup friendly, too! Such a treat!
