RecommendedThe convenience of the location is stellar, a movie theater, a bunch of restaurants, groceries, a YMCA all across the street. Also a handful of beaches mere minutes away. Wild Alligators a stones throw from my front door. I love it here! Plus living right by the mail hub doesn't hurt! ¡Pura Vida!
I just signed my second lease in April, the staff is great and generally very quick to answer any questions via email when i work strange hours and am unable to call or stop by the office. i’m ecstatic the pool has finally opened and love how they’re trying to divide time between residents as fairly as possible! i feel the staff is super friendly and easy to talk to & are strict by community guidelines but always fair (we did sign a contract!). I live on 3rd floor and it is 65 outside but 80 in my apartment. And power bill is way too high.

I just moved in a week ago and I cannot RAVE about Element Barclay enough! From the start Kyle made signing my lease very quick and straightforward and were organized through the whole process up to move-in. The office staff is SUPER friendly and helpful and has made living here so enjoyable. After submitting a maintenance request in the morning, the work order was completed just a couple hours! We love living here, the amenities are amazing. The staff is super helpful and responsive. The community is very active, there’s always people doing things every where.
Best place in Wilmington hands down. You get what you pay for, and yes they are expensive, but you get a lot with it. Just come check it out. Never been more happy to live somewhere. Anyone who complains has got to be having other issues.
THE WORST! Extremely overpriced, noisy, and poor quality utilities. Maintenance only has to respond after hours in certain conditions. If your air breaks, they don't always have to respond to fix it. They get to decide when you are comfortable! My internet and cable are always out. $1700 a month down the drain. Don't waste your money!
