I walked in yesterday trying my luck to get foils done that day. I was in luck that they could fit me in. The service from the time I walked in to the time I left was fantastic. Yes they provided coffee and biscuits, a hand massage and aromatherapy.. but it was the overall atmosphere that made it such a lovely experience. The ladies create a calm and comfortable vibe that made me feel like a regular when I'm just a visitor on holiday. Thank you ladies for the amazing service. Oh and my hair looks fab too.
First time coming to an Aveda salon, and the experience was exceptional. Lauren was so friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and she intuitively knew what I wanted from my brief description and photos. My hair looks stunning, greys are disguised and I look like a brand new refreshed me! My hair is quite difficult too as I’m dark and wanting blonde balayage. During the service, you get a head massage and hand massage too, which was lovely as I didn’t know it would be part of the service. 10/10, I will be back in 6 months!... read more
