This is the worst community I have ever lived in and it's ironic that it is supposed to be "luxury". The elevators and hallways are nasty and smell like marijuana daily. No one enforces the quiet hours, so good luck trying to get some sleep! Also, upon move out, hire a professional cleaning company to show a receipt because even though the place was cleaned, I did not clean the cabinetry handles, the dishwasher (never used), or the laundry room door enough resulting in a $140 cleaning fee.
