I'm a returning customer and have used Element Arbor at least four times over the years. Most recently to remove damaged trees from Hurricane Helene. Once again, they've done great work! Very professional and safety conscious. Highly recommend their services.
I had a tree threatening my house after the hurricane. I was waiting patiently on several other company's wait-lists but when the wind picked up again this week I couldn't wait any longer with my house in danger. I called Element Arbor Inc. and within 24 hours they that the emergency tree removal completed in a very safe and professional way. I am so grateful for their response and help during this very stressful time. Thank you!
I met with Nick and approved the proposal for treating the cherry tree for Japanese beetles and trimming other trees back on the property. It took 4 phone calls to finally get his team out as treating the trees was time sensitive. I was very disappointed to have to call his office 4 times to finally get a date for treatment.
