Not worth your money. Holes in drawers, smelly fridge upon getting the keys, poor maintenance and poor timing to maintenance requests.
Big fan of the unit layouts: they are spacious & cozy. Management has been on the ball addressing issues that have come up during our time here & that is greatly appreciated. Also amazing how this place is conveniently close to all my classes. -Solomon
Been a great place to live for my junior year of college. Very close to campus, accommodating, and quick maintenance fixes when needed.
The Element is modern and nice fully furnished apartment. I have lived at the Element for two years and have enjoyed my time here very much!
