Nichole was such a blessing! She was very responsive and went above and beyond whenever she could to accommodate my son. Prompt to respond to concerns, always available for questions, and super professional. She made all of the difference and is honestly the reason why I recommend Element apartments.
Not worth your money. Holes in drawers, smelly fridge upon getting the keys, poor maintenance and poor timing to maintenance requests.
Big fan of the unit layouts: they are spacious & cozy. Management has been on the ball addressing issues that have come up during our time here & that is greatly appreciated. Also amazing how this place is conveniently close to all my classes. -Solomon
Been a great place to live for my junior year of college. Very close to campus, accommodating, and quick maintenance fixes when needed.
