Tour was confirmed at noon today for 3 pm as well as by call yesterday. After driving 45 minutes from Aurora with my kids we arrive to a sign on the door that says they won’t be back until 3:30… not happy as I used to work for this company and was speaking very highly of this property and their service to be left to the side like this. I guess we won’t be able to consider this place home after all.
For the price, location and amenities Element 47 has treated me well for the past 4 years. I can't recommend this apartment complex enough. I really do not have anything negative to say about it here!
Staff is very friendly, however, this is where the good ends. I have been living here for 7 months, my apartment has iced over in the closet and inside the apartment near the patio. Literally ice and snow coming into the apartment. They've had to replace my water heater for a fan issue and shut my water off unexpectedly, without prior notice twice. I have lived at Element47 for the past 3 years and have absolutely loved it, until recently, therefore I am giving it 4 stars. The units are nice and clean, maintenance is super responsive and supportive, the amenities are incredible, and while expensive, the cost is in line with market value. The reason I unfortunately can't give it 5 stars anymore is because of recent management. There is high turnover with management here, and until the last 6 months, they've been incredible. I've befriended them, they get to know me and ... read more
