Mathew is the best!!! He always helps my partner and I out whenever we need it!!!
Mathew came through our place to perform some maintenance work including Blinds, fridge, door handles etc. Maybe the NICEST guy I’ve ever met in such an interaction and makes me confident about future requests going forward. Really happy to have had him help us out with our apartments problems.
Everything has gone so smoothly, from move-in with Lexi to maintenance touch-ups with Matthew. Any questions or concerns I’ve had have always been addressed quickly and kindly. Everyone here is so friendly and helpful, which makes it such a great place to live. I would definitely recommend it!
Apartments: 3/5 When i moved in there were a lot of corners that were cut, mold in my shower and behind my toilet, etc. The windows in my bedroom are permanently fogged so you cant really see out of them. And it's a little dated. Nothing terrible, but vinyl bathroom counters, wonky lighting placements small sinks, etc. Amenities: 3.5/5 The package system was taken away and now packages get delivered all over the place and stolen-it's a mess. Good pool, nice common areas that are always clean. Resident events are pretty lame... read more
