I’ve lived here for 3 years now and I absolutely love it! Both Lydie and Ashley who work in the main office are always so great and responsive to any questions I have! They made it so easy for me to transition units within the building. The maintenance team is also really great and really responsive to requests. The complex recently upgraded almost all the amenity areas which is really nice.
we emailed you guys back almost a week ago in regards to your response on here to resolve the situation but haven’t gotten any response, as I said these people are not reachable or responsive especially when they are aware of an issue they do not care or plan to acknowledge.
Do not recommend. They will sneak money from you and leave you with extra charges, and financial drama then they will ignore you and become unreachable. Avoid the trouble and live somewhere else.
