Apartment itself has been alright for my tenure. However, for the second year in a row, there have been troubles specifically with the pool and hot tub. The first 7/9 months (2023) i stayed at Element 47 the hot tub was out of service. Fast forward a year later, we are dealing with the same thing and there seems to be no sort of "remedy" for the tenants who live in the building. I lived at Element 47 for two years and it was an amazing experience! The location was amazing my husband, and I would always scooter downtown. We used the gym every day and held frequent parties on the rooftop. Any maintenance problem I had the team would be there to fix the issue within 24 hours. Lydie Lo, the assistant manager, always helped me locate packages when I had an issue and when I lost my keys they came and changed the locks that day to keep us protected! Beautiful place and a great location!! Most notably, I cannot say enough good things about the leasing agent, Brett , who helped me and was consistently making sure I felt comfortable with my decision living there. He was professional, helpful, kind and I am really thankful for the interactions with staff like him!
New resident to Element 47 and I can say Lydie and Brett have been incredibly welcoming and responsive at every step of the way. My new apartment was made available for measurements and photos before the move in date and they had the apartment cleaned and touched up before move in - It was spotless! A few requests (faucet replacement for one) were taken care of promptly before move in!
