Element 42 is in a great, safe location, and I like that it’s a relatively quiet building (only 78 units.) The neighborhood is fairly quiet too besides constant tennis balls being hit at the nearby park on non rainy days. Unfortunately though, I can’t recommend living here. If you do move here, make sure you live on the 4th (top) floor because you’ll hear every move your neighbors make, you actually can hear every move your side neighbors make too unfortunately so some noise is unavoidable, the walls are paper thin. I have lived here going on 2 years. I was happy to move in - management made it easy and I liked the location and floor plans. I also think Richard is fantastic - I put in requests and he gets to them within a week or so. I am debating moving out because they use Conservice, which most large complexes do. I have never had an issue with them before. I am home a very small amount of time - I moved from an 800 square foot unit where I lived with another person. Just wanted to report that Jalaia (asst community manager) at Element 42 apartments is amazing and provides top notch customer service. She sets a great vibe for the entire community, is highly responsive, and was so kind and patient - even stopping during her lunch break to answer additional questions we had after our tour.
While Richard continues to perform his duties with integrity, and in a timely fashion, even his stellar performance and genuine kindness is not enough to offset the concerns I have with Thrive Communities management and their continued negligence. It pains me that a company like Thrive has the benefit of his work ethic. I wouldn't recommend Element 42 to friends or colleagues because of their questionable business practices, specifically in regard to their treatment of people with disabilities, even though I chose to remain ... read more
