I thank Marcela and Richard, they are very kind and responsive people, professionals, they do everything quickly and accurately, we moved in three days ago, Marcela is manager, she is very friendly, kind and welcoming, Richard the engineer fixed everything in less than an hour, and he is a nice person, we like living in this house, Thank you very much guys!

My microwave stopped heating food one evening. I contacted maintenance to let them know. By the next day, Richard replaced my microwave quickly and efficiently.
Property manager was very helpful in answering our questions and giving us a comprehensive tour of the building. Really a well maintained property!
