Over, well maintained with great access to the downtown area. Great rooftop views.
Deceiving pictures, noisy construction outside at all hours, poor air-conditioning and only moderately clean rooms.
Walking distance to downtown
Building manager is borderline negligent, literally have had so many issues accessing the building through the front entrance since the new security system was installed, having to go through the back entrance which 1) stairs up to the fourth floor and 2) is really unsafe at night since it’s connected to a public park/the other apartments nearby.
