excellent service, 24-7 availability, knowledgeable, skilled craftsmen, caring, listen to customer's needs, very professional.
Had a major backup in my main drainpipe to our septic tank at 10pm at night. Chuck, the on-call tech for Elek was out by 11:15 that night to attempt to snake the line. When unable to clear the blockage, he ran a camera to identify a break in the pipe just before the baffle to the tank. While this issue was beyond his ability to repair, properly diagnosing the problem was key to getting the correct work actually done. After hours service calls are never cheap, but considering the circumstances, it was money well spent.
Elek’s David Marshall just finished a big job for us and we couldn’t be happier. Not only did he explain each step of the process before starting it (and let us know all the possible outcomes and costs that the job might entail), but he worked quickly, efficiently, and had such a warm and friendly demeanor! Plus, once he was done, he left the space cleaner than he had found it! I will definitely be calling and requesting him, should we ever have any other plumbing issues. Thanks and Happy New Year!
Our water alarm went off and called a few places...only Elek got back to me quickly on a Saturday evening and was there within the hour. Professional and courteous and more importantly, solved our issue!

I called Elek today for what turned out to be a frozen pipe. The person answering for the on-call service was professional and friendly. She explained the pricing to have a technician come out, his availability and when I could expect him. Our technician turned out be a really interesting and friendly guy named David who was quick to diagnose the problem and clear the pipe without having to resort to any drastic measures.
