My first time buying land and LeAnn and Andrew were patient with me and helped guide me through the entire process. At one point, I was very frustrated at my bank but LeAnn and Andrew went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were happy and were able to purchase the land. They looked for ways for me to get approved rather than ways to get denied. My bank should take notes from LeAnn and Andrew. Can't thank them enough....I highly recommend LeAnn and Andrew for any land needs you might have.

After 10 years of trying to afford our own land, Elegment Land made our dream of being land owners come true! We bought the property sight unseen while we were a few states away. That was pretty scary for us as we didnt know what the property really looked like. We are so grateful that we trusted them! We were HIGHLY impressed with the property when we arrived there. It is very rare to go through the purchase of property without issues and stress. However, I found an exception to this. Elegment Land proved the old stereo type wrong. I have purchased many properties in the past and never have I had such a stress-free easy purchase. All phone calls, text messages were answered swiftly, and all information provided me was accurate.
