Keep delay orders. I had more than 100k sf orders. Non of the order delivery on time. Sales lie to us that they have them in stock, apparently not!! Don't waste your time here.

I have not come across such a customer-satisfaction-focused vendor like Eleganza Titles for a long time. So I am moved to write this review to praise the sales representative, Mauricio, for his extraordinary customer services. He was not only courteous and patient in helping us select the right tiles that fit our needs, but also quick to respond to all my questions sent via texts - day and night - so that I may be able to place and receive my order in time for the installation within a tight schedule.
