My go to place for a great pedicure
the ladies are so patient w the 85yr old gal i take care of who has Alzheimer’s. they don’t get upset when she keeps trying to get up and wander off, they gently guide her back to the chair and speak so kindly to her. also, they are gentle and take so much time with her and their prices are so low it makes it fun to leave a big tip. if you’re paying with a credit card please bring cash for the tip, it makes it easier for them
I am giving this place ONE STAR because right when I walked inside as a first time patron instead of being greeted with kindness, I was treated with RUDENESS. One of the employees walked over to me and said, “how can I help you?” I shared that I needed a nail fixed, and a new gel mani, please. The same lady said, “where did you get your nails done last time?” (I told her)… and she yelled out, “Then go there… go back to ProNails”! I was embarrassed and shocked at the same time. Techs are uncomfortably pushy. I simply came in for a polish removal and they insisted on debating me on my decision. They also charged me $30 to remove polish. A bit over priced considering the service and location.
