Amazing service!
I came in asking for a wash, a blowout, and possibly bangs (I wanted to see how my hair looked with the blowout first before deciding on bangs). The stylist offered to trim the back “just straight across” to even it out I agreed to that. At no point did I agree to layers, and she never asked me if I wanted them. Yet by the end, I realized she had cut layers into my hair without my permission leaving it much shorter than I wanted. When I told her I hadn’t asked for layers, she said I “needed” them.
