I have to congratulate all the staff at Elegant Spa, especially Rita who always knows what colors to choose for me and make me feel like a queen when I leave we have great and fun conversations. Rita is truly a sweet person and always does an amazing job. I always refer my neighbors to Elegant Spa and especially to see Rita. Thank you to all staff for great customer service. I've gone here for years, always as a walk-in when time permits. I've consistently found the staff to be attentive, efficient, and deliver longer lasting manicures than I'd get at a resort spa. It's a very utilitarian place, but I'm more interested in the outcomes, not the ambiance. The massage chairs are a nice touch and quell boredom.
