From the phone call to schedule an appointment up to leaving the office after my appointment, this was a super pleasant experience, despite confirming my need for major dental work. Liz, Debbie, Melissa, and the young dude whose name I didn't get were terrific in getting me started. Dr. DiLorenzo is a real pro, and really inspired confidence in his ability. Exceptionally accommodating and kind. My mouth is a war zone and I had significant tooth pain. They got me right in and we had a plan. Could not be happier with this group. Cassandra at the front helped me navigate an insurance issue and couldn’t have been friendlier. Sabrina was very kind taking me back and getting X-Rays. Very friendly. And Dr Tommy was very helpful and put me right at ease with the plan. Terrific experience. Absolutely recommend
Betty was fantastic and was very clear in her treatment plan. I felt very comfortable. Parking is a bear.
I saw Betty for my cleaning. She was great as always. She is very encouraging about my home care which is very helpful to me. She is thorough and very personable.
