I think the review previous to this one was referring to the shop next to this one. Please do not confuse these two store!The service is completely different, for I have had no complaints with Elegant Secrets Beauty and the workers are very careful and understanding!
I made an appointment and when I came in on time the lady still had a customer which wasn't a big deal I waited for her to finish so that I could get my mani pedi once she finished the other lady she very rudely told me to sit down and I asked her to be gentle while she gave me a manicure because she had already hurt me with the machine she did not and told me to "stop being so delicate" I was so upset I just ended up leaving I didn't even want the pedicure anymore I just paid and left she lost a customer for life.
