Great service from these folks. They helped me remove about half a glass of red wine from my cream-colored rug. As anyone knows, wine stains are notoriously difficult to remove, but they tackled the job with impressive speed and tenacity. In the end, the rug looked like nothing had ever happened. After this experience, I will only use this company for all my rug cleaning needs.
Elegant Rug did a phenomenal job of cleaning and repairing my nain rug. It looks brand new and I am extremely happy with it. Highly recommend!!
We requested professional cleaning for several rugs- handwoven wool, machine woven silk, with some stains. Peter was a pleasure to work with, very courteous and professional, prompt and communicative.
