We requested professional cleaning for several rugs- handwoven wool, machine woven silk, with some stains. Peter was a pleasure to work with, very courteous and professional, prompt and communicative. They picked up the rugs , did a marvelous job of restoring their condition and texture and delivered them on time. Good value for the quality and service received. Recommend Elegant rugs highly ! my carpet looks like new after cleaning , it was dirty . great service , on time , and the owner even called and said your carpet is little smaller than I thought and gave me credit back . very honest and I can truly say , I would trust them with future rug cleaning services . mine by the way was Persian rug and they are expert, they know what they are doing. highly recommend them .
