RecommendedJust got dropped off about an hour and a half ago and I wanted to take a quick minute to rave about our experience. Our driver Herman picked us up in San Marcos and drove us to a graduation ceremony at Riverbend Student Center off of Loop 360 in Austin. Then we were driven to the Salt Lick in Driftwood for a late lunch. Afterwards, we made our way back to San Marcos. Herman did an excellent job with coordinating our multiple pick-up and drop-offs. I booked you guys for an event June 23rd and it was a very bad experience, I was told that they were very sorry and they would work something out with me on Monday, I never got a call on Monday and they just gave a credit of $50 which was a slap in the face for all the problems I had that day. I called myself on Monday about 6pm and was told again they were very sorry and that someone would be contacting me regarding my bad experience and also a phone that was left behind on the bus and still days later no phone call

Elegant Rides provided us a sprinter to transport the bridal party and guests to and from multiple locations for our wedding. The service was excellent. Bob worked with us to get the most out of our budget. The sprinter was clean and the drivers were professional. Could not ask for more!
