When specifically asking the driver what time we needed to leave to stay on time I was told not to worry about it and then charged on the back end. When talking to their customer service to dispute the extra charge, I was told that the driver will never rush me. I just need for my itinerary to be communicated to the driver so that I don’t get mixed messages.
Kent & Crew have played such a huge part in so many of our special memories through the years. They always find a way to turn special into spectacular. Not just a driving service but true friends and family. Thanks Elegant!
I highly recommend!! I had to find another limo service at the last minute for my birthday yesterday... I came across this company..and WOW did Elegant Limousine deliver!! Everything was perfect!! I was VERY pleased with their service!! The STRETCH HUMMER Limo was ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL and our Chauffeur John was WONDERFUL!! I am definitely a customer for life!!! ♥️🤗♥️
