My daughters planned me a surprise birthday party at Elegant Persuasions LLC. Building was very clean and spacious, decor was outstanding.
I have used Elegant Persuasions on several occasions, and I was highly pleased with the service. I provided the Yoshiko my vision and she brought it to life. I highly recommend anyone to utilize Elegant Persuasions for any occasion, I can promise you, you will not be disappointed.
