We contacted a lot of contractors to get a quote for a patio with a gazebo added to our backyard. Only Carlos from Elegant Pavers actually listened to us about what we hoped to accomplish. Average quality workmanship a lot of back and forth with the teams to fix issues. The company finished product looks great a few issues and a long process with delays and communication. Still presently have issues with the grass/concrete side of walkways and damaged water valve housing/sand/hole in back of down spout. Also some pavers still shift and move in the back lanai. I have called for them and asked to fix but no communication back from the team over two months now.
My wife and I recently hired Elegant Pavers to redo our deteriorating patio and some retaining walls in our backyard. They were extremely professional and great to work with. Carlos and their crew got the job done quickly and they did quality work. Anytime we had a question or were concerned about something, they would explain their entire procedure to put us at ease. In the end, they did a fantastic job and our backyard looks great. We would definitely recommend and hire again if needed!
The Lakeland Police Foundation Fallen Heroes Memorial was built in 2016 to pay tribute to the seven (7) Lakeland Police Department officers who sacraficed their life to protect the citizens of Lakeland. Elegant Pavers did fantastic work for me. They performed the demolition of my old raised patio and replaced with new retaining wall and paver stones. Carlos was helpful every step of the way from time of quote, to selecting the material and color, and including the installation. The quality of the work and detail is top notch.
