Do NOT come to this salon, this is the first time I have ever felt the need to write a review for any place i’ve ever been. This place is NASTY. I have already reported them to the board of health. I was getting a pedicure and I looked up from my phone to see him using a dirty nail file and buffer, both of which had clearly been used all day long without cleaning, and I watched him throw them both right back in the box next to my chair to be used on the next person after using them on me. If I could give 0 stars I would ☹️ I came in for a simple take off of a gel manicure, and they butchered my nails leaving them weak and tearing. Instead of soaking and gently pushing off the polish, a very young man used a filing drill. He was so harsh and filed so deeply into the nail that I could feel the friction from the drill heating up my nail beds. At one point it burned and I yelled and jerked my hand away! Didn’t get anything because I waited 40min and left. When I told the lady I would be back, she said ok, not an apology or anything for wasting my time and making me wait for nothing. I called before I got there to make sure that she could take me and she said yes. I could’ve gotten them done somewhere else. This is not the 1st time either. Everyone here is so nice. Michael did my pedicure and it was wonderful. I left very relaxed, which is what I needed, being a mom of 2 little ones. I highly recommend.
