I had such a wonderful experience. The staff were so kind and friendly, making me feel comfortable throughout my entire visit. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs on my last minute walk in and made sure I had everything I needed to enjoy my pedicure. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a peaceful experience with exceptional customer service. I’ll definitely be back!
I went to get my nails redone for the second time this month because the last nails didn’t even last a day without chipping. I walked into this place and asked if they do builder gel. They made me wait 30 min and this lady sat me down. She had never done builder gel before, so another lady told her how to do it. I got my old nails fully off first before she did the builder gel and added tips on 2 of my nails that were shorter. Two days later, I was on vacation and on of the tips broke off. Asked for Mani/pedi. I was asked multiple times during service if I wanted fake nails and had to keep saying no thank you to which the inquiring staff seemed very annoyed that I did not wish to have fake nails. Cuticle cut and actively bled during manicure. High powered drill used on natural nails to the point of sensitivity and now my nails are paper thin. Polish was sloppy on fingers and toes and peeling off within the hour of leaving salon. Ridiculously high priced low quality mani/ pedi Will not return or recommend.
Paid $131 just for my nails to not even last 2 weeks. I got my nails done 5/18 I noticed the next day one nail was already lifted and I hadn’t even done anything to lift them at all. And towards the end of this week they all are lifting and catching my hair under them and everything else and about to pop off. I know they typically do 3-4 weeks in but not even a week in they already were. Just very upset that I paid that much for this to happen. I did also get a pedicure as well.
