Paid $131 just for my nails to not even last 2 weeks. I got my nails done 5/18 I noticed the next day one nail was already lifted and I hadn’t even done anything to lift them at all. And towards the end of this week they all are lifting and catching my hair under them and everything else and about to pop off. Paid a lot for a pedicure ($62 + $10 tip). All I got was lotioned legs and gel polish. No real tools were ever used. I was told the callous remover was included, but when I asked about my callous the woman told me to put lotion on and showed me her heel that was cracked. Then she referenced her being lazy, assuming so was I. Cuticles were never touched, the dead skin around my nail was never touched. Very disappointing. I will not be back.
Extra charges for everything. Callouses not fully removed. Told them I wanted a manicure and pedicure, after pedicure I was left in the chair and never directed to a manicure station. Never again.
Best foot and lower leg massage ever!
