The text keeps scratching me on my cousins arm and fingers😡🤬
I will NEVER go back to this nail shop. Customer service is horrible. Toes are cute but I asked for an overlay and they tried to pressure me into getting a tip which I do not want because the last time they did my nails it lifted very quickly. Will NEVER return again.
I usually diy my feet because it’s cheaper for me. I decided to treat myself to a pedicure, even got the most priciest pedicure and they cut me! It would not stop bleeding and when I tried to leave, she rushed placing the acrylic on my toes. You can see the cut. There’s dried blood under the toenail. My toes are so uneven. So much skin was cut off my toes and they are pink and swollen. Took her 2 1/2 hours to do a simple pedicure. This was my first and definitely will be my last time going to this place!
Incompetent staff, Rush customers, lacks compassion and comprehension, Makes a lot of errors during service and still expects you to pay full price for service. No Integrity. Not to mention my lashes were falling out two days later
