Not good quality
I have not had such a negative experience at a business in quite some time. This was extremely disappointing. I’m debating whether or not to report this business to the cosmetology bureau. Absolutely unacceptable. I made an appointment the day before and showed up at 9:30 for my appointment. The place was so disgusting. Everything was dirty and it’s not construction dirty, which is what they tried to say. This is a complete lack of hygiene over several weeks. just left here from getting my nails done. i got gel x. a few gems, and four rhinestone nails. i finish. i ask how much. they say $200???? i even had a gift certificate???? i pay ofc cuz what else am i to do. but definitely never going back. genuinely ridiculous and insane. they make up these prices. don’t go here i don’t recommend.
Cindy, the owner of the salon, always make the place feel warm and welcoming. As a gentleman who gets his feet done there once a month, I can honestly say their professionalism and kindness stand out every single visit. They make you feel comfortable, taken care of, and appreciated. Their work is excellent, their customer service is great 😊 , and you can tell they truly care about their clients. It’s a wonderful place to relax and enjoy top quality service.
