It's okay in a pinch, although my nails almost always chip not soon after the service. ALWAYS!
They were very kind and attentive. Although I was a walk in, they sat me down right away and offered me a drink while I waited. My tech's name was Thy and she was very friendly and sweet. She kept checking on me to make sure everything was going OK. She did a great massage and had great attention to detail. I had a great experience here.
Visited for the first time today. We were in the salon for 2 hrs and 30 mins. The salon is beautiful inside, they have complimentary drinks, but I sat in the massage chair for HOURS waiting to get my nails done. I told them the exact services I wanted numerous times. Nothing was done until I said they started working on other people and I’ve been here. All I wanted was a white French tip with regular polish. Costoso y mal te dejan las uñas.
Do not waste your time nor money. They used to be good but according to the reviews have declined significantly. Went in Friday around 6ish all the workers in the shop are buried in their phone. I sat for 10 minutes before a guy told a girl to assist me. I soaked off a dip set and got gel polish. Nails look horrible. Polish on cuticle and very lumpy. The Lady was nice so I left a tip but said I would never go back. Fast forward to today, Monday, 3 days later, several of my nails have already chipped. What a waste.
