The level of quality they post online is not the level of quality they regularly serve their customers. I've had smaller issues in the past but I feel this is the last straw. I was a bit late to the appointment i booked and on arrival i was told that depending on the style i wanted I would be placed with a different person to avoid a wait, which is confusing because I booked an appointment and they had already pushed back my initial time. I had a pedicure and dip done by Kay and he was wonderful. Great leg massage with the pedicure and hand massage with dip. He took the time he needed to do a good job but I was out in about an hour. He even did some pretty nail art on two fingers. The salon is clean and they use individually packaged tools. I highly recommend.

Fantastic service and reasonable prices. Gel polish on a few of my fingernails has started lifting and peeling other than that, no complaints. Would highly recommend.
