I made an appointment for mani/pedis 4 people, they aasured us they could get us in at 6. Im the one that actually made the appointment, They didnt start my nails until 45 minutes after my appointment. My friends were almost done. They then proceed to rush through my nails which now look like garbage for a photoshoot today. Cost me 100 dollars and a pity 20$ tip because regardless of the terrible and rude service its a pandemic. Wouldnt reccomend to a friend.
Came to the shop as a walk in client when my nails were in very bad shape. Got a great manicure in a beautiful shop. The cleanest nail salon I have ever been to. Staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxing. My gel manicure lasted me four weeks before any chips or lifting. I plan on returning regularly, and referring anyone I know who is looking for a good manicure.
