Don't know what was going on this day. Saturday July 26th. But the staff and service were off. None of the staff smiled, and they looked like they didn't want to be there. My nail tech and my Mom's didn't talk to us. They both did a rush job. My nail tech cut me, and there was blood. Then, she continued to use the same tool when I asked her not to continue to cut my cuticles. She used the wrong nail cutters. Neither of the nail techs, mine nor my Mom's, set a timer for our nails to dry. Other nail techs did for their clients... read more
