Visiting my mum in Illinois, nice pampering time with her. Staff was great.
Sadly we have been going here for years. Yesterday was last time. My daughter went in to get a new set . When the tech told her she just needed a fill. Taking his time he said no you need new set. No problem. As he is taking off her nails. He tells her she needs to let her nails rest and heal for a few weeks then come back. He then talks without my daughter understanding to other techs .
