Horrid! Susan used a very worn emery board, filthy. The place is a cluttered mess. Pedicure chair is ripped. I did not see any sanitation equipment. The quality of manicure was terrible- bumps & bubbles. She did not even sufficiently drill off gel nails. She does not offer gel as an option.
Susan is so friendly and does a wonderful pedicure every time.
It was my first visit and Susan was wonderful!!! Huge assortment of nail colors. I will return at my next visit to Emerald Isle, North Carolina.
