I’ve been to Elegant Nails #3 in Sunnyvale several times, and one of the reasons I keep coming back is the attention and care they give their customers. Unfortunately, the last time I needed a pedicure they were closed for remodeling, so I ended up trying another salon. Clean, but manicure ripped up my fingers :( Pedicures are fine. Manicure had me waiting despite an appointment (busy morning, they were nice, gave me a complimentary massage after). BUT the man was RIPPING my cuticles up and hurting me like crazy. I don’t get manicures typically so I wasn’t sure if this was normal and didn’t comment. Afterwards several nail beds were bleeding. Cute place, fair prices, but bad experience. I came in without an appointment so I was expecting to wait, but they told me to sit at a chair and a gentleman came out to do my pedicure. I wish they would have made me wait for someone else. He seemed to be in a bad mood, but I went along with it. He cut all my toe nails straight without asking, and when I told him I wanted them round he got upset. Pathetic service, first she said 25$ on call and then charged double at the salon! That guy was in hurry , i didn't like it and don't recommend this nail salon to anyone!
I did a walk-in manicure and pedicure and they were happy to fit me into the schedule. Sophia did a lovely job on my nails and she was so kind and friendly. She got me exactly what I asked for. Definitely will be coming back here!
