Clean, but manicure ripped up my fingers :( Pedicures are fine. Manicure had me waiting despite an appointment (busy morning, they were nice, gave me a complimentary massage after). BUT the man was RIPPING my cuticles up and hurting me like crazy. I don’t get manicures typically so I wasn’t sure if this was normal and didn’t comment. Afterwards several nail beds were bleeding. Cute place, fair prices, but bad experience. I came in without an appointment so I was expecting to wait, but they told me to sit at a chair and a gentleman came out to do my pedicure. I wish they would have made me wait for someone else. He seemed to be in a bad mood, but I went along with it. He cut all my toe nails straight without asking, and when I told him I wanted them round he got upset. Pathetic service, first she said 25$ on call and then charged double at the salon! That guy was in hurry , i didn't like it and don't recommend this nail salon to anyone!
I did a walk-in manicure and pedicure and they were happy to fit me into the schedule. Sophia did a lovely job on my nails and she was so kind and friendly. She got me exactly what I asked for. Definitely will be coming back here!
The Ladies work hard to give you what you need. Always willing to fix any issues if it were to arise. Hellen has been taking care of us for atleast 7 years now. We are so happy she has her shop now.
