If Kim can get you in she does a great job
Kim is amazing with SNS & my persnickety details when I have French white SNS.
Door says walk-in welcome. Not the case. I was asked if I could come back because she had an appointment coming in five minutes. Shame. I was looking forward to trying a new place close to my house.
Tried to make appointment several days Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, or even Saturday in advance just a simple mani-pedi, Thank God I asked if they can paint polka dots. The person on the phone says they can't paint polka dots!!!?!!! Not gonna go any place they can't reach outside the box to paint a few polka dots on your nails. I guess the excellent reviews are long time customers, so they have all the business they need! Good for them!
