Loved my experience at Elegant Nails! Prices are great, the atmosphere is relaxing with nice music and comfy chairs, and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. Ton did my nails perfectly, and the rest of the team was just as wonderful. Highly recommend!
Nail polish all over the cuticles of my toes, service was rushed , application is horrible & i will not be returning. They’ve made me bleed as well while cutting cuticles, would give 0 stars if possible.
Horrible experience and service. I went in to remove my dip powder nails (done at a different salon) and after the nail tech filed off the top layer, she left me to soak for way longer than necessary because she sat in the chair next to me and GOT HER NAILS WORKED ON by another nail tech. When she came back to work on my nails, she kept looking up at me and asked if I wanted a brow wax… I told her no thanks. At the end of the service, she told me it would be $15 even though I had called before getting there asking for prices... read more
