Left powder over my fingers and around the nails, some nails aren’t fully covered in dipping powder. Didn’t even clean up my nails i have dust on the clear coat. So ugly! Bad nail work time wasted for this

Myself, my daughter and my husband went in to get some manicures. My husband got one for the very first time- all she did was cut his nails and cuticles. AFTER I paid for the services- my husband came over to me and stated they charged him $20 for his. Okay- no big deal WE PAID IT but I said it’s kind of ridiculous to charge that much to my husband. Outstanding job! I had just moved back and attempted to take my mails off at home using acetone and clippers. Epic fail for a reason I couldn't understand until I went to Elegant nails. I had ripped one of my nails halfway up and it hurt sooo bad. I walked into Elegant Nails and asked if they could fix my mistake, said I needed help!
