You would be better off giving them the cash and recommending a better nail salon. Is the money spent on the gift certificate any less valuable 90 days when you issued the certificate? Got me right in. Gave me a great spa pedicure. The tech took extra time to do the finishing touches.

I went today only to have my nails trimmed both fingers and toes...polished removed only on toes! I did not want re polished! I received no massage of any sort...no pacs of that therapy lotions, absolutely nothing else!! The male greeter at the door told me it would be $37...I agreed!! But after the service, first let me say they sent an elderly man to assist me and he was not in any way experienced!! Very painful to be honest!! I'm VERY disappointed in the service I received at this establishment. I paid $140 for this hot mess and even tipped $10 ($5 for feet and $5 for hands). I got the dip powder, and by day two, the material on my right thumb had chipped. To charge someone $140 for a DRY manicure (Yes! They do NOT soak the hands in water as most nail salons do), a pedicure, and dip powder overlay that chips after day TWO is ridiculous!
