I have been a long time customer of this business but I will be going elsewhere in the future. My nail tech was too busy telling everyone else what to do and couldn’t concentrate on my nails. I got a full set of dip powered nails this was two weeks ago. After one week I had a nail to come off. I got it fixed and 5 days later and I’ve had another come off and a few more look like they are ready to come off. When she fixed the 1st the nail was crooked. Will never go here again. The lady was extremely rude the entire time rushed me when trying to pick a color out, tried to do a half job on my nails by painting my skin but yet still missing half of my nail and tried to seal it while it looked that way when I pointed it out to her she got rude then got someone else to paint them very thick and all nails began chipping that week.
I’ve been to this nail salon several times, primarily because they have chairs designed for children. However, my experience has been consistently negative over the past three visits. One particular employee, Dania, has made my daughters’ and my experiences miserable. She lacks patience and her demeanor is incredibly condescending.
