Went to Elegant Nails yesterday for our first time and it was an amazing experience! I wish I had the name of the 2 ladies that did mine and my husband’s pedicures, but they were so kind and very thorough. It was a pleasant time, they listened to what we said and also had the best playlist going. We got the pedicures with the paraffin wax and they were so relaxing. They didn’t rush through them at all. I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with a recent experience at your nail salon. I have been a loyal customer for many years, and it is disheartening to have to bring this to your attention. In the past, I have spoken up about one of your employees who has consistently been rude and whose services I have specifically requested to avoid due to her rough and unpleasant manner.
