I have been coming to Elegant Nails for years and they never disappoint. Every visit is consistently a great experience, which is why I continue to come back. Today I got a manicure with a pearl French tip and a classic French tip on my toes, and I absolutely love how everything turned out. My nails look beautiful, elegant, and perfectly shaped. I came in around 2 pm and was asked what I needed done. I said toes, and the guy told me that they were short staffed. I told him that I didn’t mind waiting, and he told me to just come back tomorrow and I needed to make an appointment??They were only two workers in there working on two women, whom were (white). In addition there was 1 white female waiting. Why was I told to come back tomorrow, when they weren’t about to close, and there was someone in there waiting?

Rude service. Did not check nails to see if they’re dry. Nails got ruined. Was very rude about fixing them.

I went to get my nails done for the very first time in a long time they were awesome very nice very helpful very professional very nice atmosphere
