This place is absolutely terrible do not come here i made an appointment and requested someone then after waiting for OVER an HOUR was told that the lady i requested doesn’t even do fills with acrylic. they then offered to do it as if i am going to give them my buisness i’ve gone here in the past and had mediocre experiences but really the customer service is insane.
I highly recommend Elegant Nails! I went here for a last minute gel pedicure & was very happy! The person helping me (I don’t know their name ) took their time, was in no rush, and did a FANTASTIC job. Additionally I was checked in on & offered a drink. The salon is super clean & comfy! Thank you!
They did an amazing job on our pedicures and manicures!!! Amazing customer service, they were so kind and positive!
I don’t know why this is my first review for Elegant nails. Kevin did these (one of my favorite sets to date). I’ve been going here for about two years and have always been impressed with the quality and attention to detail they provide. Sometimes, they even provide homemade snacks for various occasions, which makes guests feel welcomed and celebrated.
