I’m visiting from out of town and came to this salon in Augusta, ME around 9:30am to get my mother’s nails done. We walked in without being greeted, so I spoke first. When I said my mother needed a manicure, the man quickly replied, “We’re completely booked.” I asked when they might have availability, and he said, “We don’t have any openings today, tomorrow, or next week. Closed on a Saturday before 3pm???? Oh well missed money and the outside looked very shabby.
I’m new to town and was not excited about trying someone new. I ended up here and absolutely loved my entire experience. Not only did Luong do an amazing job, he also made me laugh the entire time. He is such a great guy. I was feeling drab with the weather but he lifted my spirits! I will be back! Also, super good prices.
