The lady who did our pedicures was nice but the actual pedicure was quite bad. The service felt rushed and several basic steps that I expect from a standard pedicure were either skipped or only done after I asked. My toenails were not filed or shaped until I asked whether that was going to be done, and by that point lotion had already been applied. Got my nails done for a week-away trip—a manicure and pedicure with shellac polish at a new salon since I couldn't get into my usual spot in time. While the owners are lovely, I really don't love my nails. As you can see in the photo, previous bits of pink polish are still left on many nails, and many aren't fully polished.
